  • Can I have my own items engraved?
    Unfortunately we cannot engrave your items. Not all glassware or other items are suitable for laser engraving nor can we risk taking responsibility if mistakes are made.

  • How long will my order take?
    Please allow up to 4 weeks for engraving and delivery though generally we can complete orders much faster (normally around 2 weeks). Contact us if you need your order completed within 4 weeks and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Are your glasses high quality?
    Every item we sell is chosen specifically for laser engraving and of the highest Australian standards quality.

  • Can I order different glasses to the style you stock?
    We are able to order in different glasses but only in certain quantities. Please contact us for more information.

  • Am I able to purchase items without engraving?
    Certainly. Non-engraved items will be quoted upon application.

  • Do you post outside the Canberra region?
    Yes we do. We post our products all over Australia as well as Internationally and have sent goods as far as Canada without breakage.

  • What happens if my items are damaged while in transit?
    If posted via Fastway Courier you are entitled to free insurance. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

  • Can we pick up our glasses?
    Pick up is only available for large orders in the Canberra region. Contact us for more information.
